Shipping policy

At Reem Jewels, we are dedicated to delivering your order safely and promptly anywhere in the United Arab Emirates.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver only within the UAE.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are also processed — we deliver 7 days a week.

Standard delivery across the UAE takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.

Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require slightly longer.

Flat rate shipping across the UAE: AED 20 per order.

Orders are delivered via trusted UAE courier partners.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email/SMS.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will attempt re-delivery.

Additional fees may apply if the package needs to be resent.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
