At Reem Jewels, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Each piece is crafted and selected with care, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

 


 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

      The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

      All tags, certificates, and authenticity cards must be intact.

      For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

      Custom or personalized jewelry pieces cannot be returned unless defective.

 


 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

 



Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days for items of equal or greater value (with price difference payable).

Subject to stock availability.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.

 


 

How to Initiate a Return

We will provide you with the return instructions and address.

Pack the item securely and ship it back. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
